PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

You must have a valid passport book to enter and return from Mexico. Your passport must be valid for six months from the date you arrive in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Make sure you carry a copy of your passport in the event yours is misplaced.

MISSED FLIGHTS / CANCELLATIONS

At the airport, if your flight has been cancelled or if you miss your flight, proceed to your airline to reschedule. CHECKED LUGGAGE

Airlines charge for checked luggage. Baggage fees are your responsibility and can range from $30 to $75 for your first bag within the weight limit of less than 50 lbs. Any bag over 50 lbs is subject to an additional fee of $100 or more. You must limit your luggage to two pieces per person. One additional piece of carry-on luggage is permitted and must fit under the seat of the aircraft. As these regulations are different for each airline, please check with your individual carrier prior to departure for current guidelines.

LOST LUGGAGE

You will need to check with your airline and report any lost luggage.
Neither Heritage Pool nor The GRA Group are responsible for lost luggage.
If your homeowner’s insurance does not cover lost luggage, you may wish to purchase a travel insurance policy.


NOTE: U.S. citizens must present a valid passport book for this trip. Allow up to eight weeks to obtain a new or renewed passport. Your passport MUST have at least six (6) months validity from the date you will be returning to the United States.
