You’ll begin with the School Line, a shorter and lower zip line that serves as a practice run. The adventure continues with seven additional zip lines and a thrilling commando bridge crossing over the canyon. Experience the history and beauty of Los Cabos on this engaging tour, where rapid growth in recent years has blended seamlessly with preserved villages and time-honored traditions. Travel back in time as you learn about missionaries, pirates, Indigenous cultures, and Spanish colonization, then explore San José del Cabo’s art galleries, lively town square, shopping areas, and historic mission. Continue on to a local glass-blowing factory en route to Cabo San Lucas, and end your adventure with a glass-bottom boat ride showcasing the region’s most iconic landmark—the Arch.

After settling in, cooking students enjoy a leisurely walk through the renowned Flora Organic Farm, where—depending on the season—they are invited to harvest fresh produce that will later be used to prepare authentic salsas and lunch. Returning to the unique outdoor kitchen, students apron up and begin cooking, with a focus on regional cuisine, including hand-crafted local salsas made in a traditional stone molcajete, as well as other salsas distinctive to the area. The class also explores the art of tortilla making using a traditional Mexican tortilla press, sampling along the way with fresh, house-made tortilla chips. The experience concludes as students sit down on the garden patios to enjoy the salsas and tortillas they’ve prepared, served alongside a delicious chicken empanada, guacamole, and chips.
